Workshops · fixed price
AI workshops where your team learns on real tasks.
Your team learns to work with AI on its own tasks, whatever the model. No death by slides: by the end of the day your team can do something that saves time from tomorrow.
Example
Practice on real tasks.
Instead of theory, your team works with emails, documents and processes from its own day. What stays are results and clear rules for working with AI.
Who it's for
- Your team already uses AI, but everyone differently and nobody with confidence.
- You want rules for using AI before something goes wrong.
- Your business teams have recurring routine work that could be automated.
What you get
- A workshop tailored to your tasks and your tools
- Exercises on real cases from your daily work
- Clear rules on what may go into AI tools and what may not
- Material to look things up later
- A certificate of attendance for your records, on request
How it works
- 01Short callBefore
We clarify who takes part, which tools you use and which tasks we practise on.
- 02Hands-on, not slidesThe workshop
A short introduction, then work on your cases. Everyone practises themselves.
- 03Material and rulesAfter
You get the material and the agreed rules for your team.
Two formats
Both hands-on and both tailored to your team. Also available as a combination or as a series over several dates.
AI basics: language models at work
From cautious trying to confident everyday use of language models, without tying yourself to one vendor.
- Which model for what: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others
- Prompting that works day to day, on your real tasks
- Concrete use cases for each department
- Data protection and rules: what may go in and what may not
A team that uses language models confidently every day.
Automating processes with AI
Automate recurring processes with AI. What you get is a running flow, not a slide deck.
- Finding automation potential in your processes
- How AI automation works, shown with tools like n8n or Make
- Adding AI building blocks: language models, documents, data
- A first real flow, built live in the workshop
A first flow that actually runs.
AI literacy under the EU AI Act
Since February 2025, companies that use AI have had to take measures so that their staff can work with it. Since July 2026 a weaker version applies: a specific level is no longer required, but the measures remain mandatory.
A workshop on your own tasks is such a measure. The law doesn't require a certificate; documenting it is recommended.
Duration and cost
On site or remote. You'll get a quote after a short call.
Questions about the workshops
How much does an AI workshop cost?
Workshops are fixed-price, including preparation and material. The price depends on length, group size and tailoring. You'll get a quote after a short call.
Do participants need prior knowledge?
No. We start from what your team already knows and work on tasks from its own day.
Does the workshop count as training under the EU AI Act?
The AI Act doesn't require a certificate or a specific training. It requires measures that fit your people and your AI systems. A workshop on your own tasks is such a measure. Document it; I'll give you a certificate of attendance for that.
On site or online?
Both work. On site is usually more intensive; online makes it easier to spread over several short sessions.
