AI & Data Assessment
Find the AI use cases that pay off.
Before any money goes into implementation, we work out where AI really makes a difference for you. I talk to the business teams and IT, look at your data and tools and rate every use case by value and effort. At the end you have a prioritised plan.
Example
What the result looks like.
Every use case gets a place by impact and effort. Top left is where you should start: high impact, low effort. The cases here are an example; yours come from the conversations with your team.
Who it's for
- You suspect AI could help, but you don't know where.
- There are plenty of ideas in the company, and nobody prioritises them.
- Your data sits in the ERP, spreadsheets and inboxes, and nobody knows what's usable.
- You want a basis for decisions before you release a budget.
What you get
- A list of your use cases, rated by value, effort and risk
- An honest assessment of your data and your tools
- The two or three cases you should start with, and why
- An implementation plan with next steps and a cost range
- An assessment of data protection and the EU AI Act for each use case
How it works
- 01Kick-off
We agree on goals, scope and contacts and decide which areas we look at.
- 02Interviews and analysis
I talk to business teams and IT and look at processes, data and tools.
- 03Rating
Every use case gets a value, effort and risk. That gives the order.
- 04Result and recommendation
I present the plan to management and tell you which case to start with.
Duration and cost
We agree scope, timing and price in the intro call. After that you know exactly what you get, when, and at what price.
Questions about the assessment
How much does an AI assessment cost?
It depends on how many areas we look at. I work with a flexible day rate or agree a fixed price. I'll give you the range after the intro call.
Do we need clean data for this?
No. The state of your data is part of the result. Hardly anyone has perfect data.
How much of our team's time does it take?
Usually one to two hours per interviewee, plus one contact person who organises access and documents.
What happens after the assessment?
You decide. Many take the strongest use case into a proof of concept, some implement it themselves. The plan is written so that both work.
