Whether it's a first assessment, a proven use case or an implementation already under way: I come in where the leverage is greatest. For each format you'll see an example of what comes out at the end.

I build most things myself. For large projects or extensive custom software, I bring in experts from a network I've put together myself.

Data protection is not an add-on.

Every AI solution is built to comply with data protection law from day one.

GDPR and the EU AI Act are planned in, not bolted on. EU hosting is the default.

About me.

Studied business, learned the tech on the job. That turned into ten years of business intelligence and a view that understands both worlds. Since 2023 my focus has been generative AI.

I currently work with a leading manufacturer in pharma and food supplements on AI-driven process improvement, and with an automotive startup on building its BI landscape.

What counts for me is what it does for your business. I prioritise honestly, even if that makes an AI project smaller. I speak the language of the CTO and the CFO, and I deliver solutions instead of strategy papers.

When I'm not working for clients, I build my own automations and try out new language models.

Frequently asked questions.

Are we too small or too early for AI?

Usually not. An assessment or a workshop is often enough to get started. With little effort we find out whether and where AI pays off for you.

What if our data isn't ready?

That's normal. I first look at what's there, then we decide what needs tidying up beforehand. Hardly anyone has perfect data.

How do we keep it from stopping at the prototype?

We start small and only build on what works. If a prototype doesn't deliver, we stop.

How quickly will we see results?

Often faster than expected. An assessment can be done within days, a prototype within a few weeks, depending on scope and how fast your team moves. After a workshop your team can get going the next day.

Is the solution GDPR-compliant?

Yes. I plan data protection in from the start, in line with the GDPR and the EU AI Act. Hosting is in the EU by default, and we settle data processing agreements right at the beginning.

Directly or through an agency?

You work with me directly, and I build most things myself. For large software projects I bring in people from my expert network.
